Mindful Moments – Check In

Have you had a holiday this year?

It’s at this time of year when people are flying off on a well-deserved break, or even just enjoying a weekend away. The airports are alive with people checking in their luggage and checking out of their busy lives – at least for a little while.

But how often do you check in with yourself?

Take a Mindful Moment now just to experience being where you are. Notice how your body feels, what your mind is busy with. Allow it. Experience it. And then focus your attention on this moment, the sounds and sights of being alive with all that is happening right now. You don’t need to indulge anything other than the experience of being here, now.
