Reflections for the Week: Recharge
At this time of year, it can take all our energy just to get out of bed. And, when we get started, we find it hard to stop because there’s always so much to do.
Giving yourself permission to recharge can help boost your energy levels as well as make sure that you’re taking some well earned rest and relaxation.
Take some time out of your day to recharge your batteries with a meditation practice. Find somewhere quiet to sit and “be” for five minutes or more. You can also repeat the following affirmations to keep your mind focused whilst you rest:
- I give myself permission to recharge
- Rest, recharge, relax
- I am enough. I do enough. I can recharge.
