If you had to describe yourself as a colour today what would it be?
I sometimes do this activity when I’m teaching my relaxation classes. Colours also have the ability to energise. What colour lifts your spirits?
Using colour as the object of your meditation is a great way to relax. You can visualise colours in your imagination or select an object in the colour you want to focus on; perhaps a yellow sunflower or a piece of fabric in your favourite shade.
Place the colour where you can give it your full attention. Spend a few moments experiencing it, and noticing how that colour feels for you.
