So much of our lives is governed by the clock. Every day we may find ourselves wishing we had more of it. Days become weeks. Weeks become months. Seasons pass. And before we know it another year has gone by. And, as the saying goes, time waits for no one.
Try these mantras in your mindfulness practice to help you focus on what time means to you.
* Just for today, I allow myself ‘me’ time
* I control my time; time doesn’t control me
* Time is relative. I have enough time.
