There are times when we feel disconnected from the world. Either because we are tired, or because we feel misunderstood, as if we are on the outside looking in.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected lately, take a moment today to reconnect with the world around you. Play a favourite song, engage in a hobby you’ve had on hold, or call a friend and arrange a cuppa.
Below is a mantra you can also try during your meditation practise to help you reconnect.
