Finding time to be silent isn’t easy in a world that won’t stop talking. A lot of us are uncomfortable with silence. Because, in the quiet, we think. 

Below is a mantra you can try in your Mindfulness practice.   
🌀I give myself permission to sit quietly

🌀 I can connect with silence for my wellbeing
